Thankfully, they delivered. After a couple of weeks trying to find their feet the Over 35's found some rhythm and put together a tidy passing game. They held a 1 - 0 lead from mid way in the first half and only conceded right on half time to go to the break at 1 - 1.
After weathering a few attacking raids by the opposition, the Dolls Point boys were able to hold possession and put together a much stronger second half to run out 5 - 2 winners and bank the first points of the season.
